By purchasing or using services from VLOS.pro you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services
VLOS.pro provides advisory consulting on European Union work visas and consulting business formation. We do not provide legal representation. Where legal filings are required, we may refer you to qualified local professionals.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. Deliverables are based on the information you provide; incorrect information may affect the advice given.
4. Payments
Prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and are payable in advance via the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own fees and terms.
5. Delivery
Consultations are scheduled after payment confirmation. Written deliverables are typically provided within 48 business hours unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared by clients is treated confidentially and used only to deliver the requested services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of VLOS.pro, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules of the European Union.
